Smooth Chocolate Morning Shake

Ingredients:
• Milk or milk alternative
• Plain yoghurt
• A spoon of oats
• A handful of ice
• A teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
• Optional: a small piece of dark chocolate for extra flavour
How to make it:
Blend everything for 30–40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
